Barrel & Derrick
Despite the fact that Barrel & Derrick is located inside the Odessa Marriott, you might be surprised to learn that it is a locally owned business. Great news for the lovers of local Odessa! The brunch is delicious with options such as the classic Chicken and Waffles, Omelets, and Stuffed French Toast. We personally can’t wait to try the Broken Yolk Burger, the perfect plate to enjoy after a night out. Did we mention pitchers of Mimosas for $12?!
Barrel & Derrick’s brunch menu is available Saturday and Sunday from 10AM-2PM.
Brunch And Munch Eatery and Creperie
Open since 2016, Brunch and Munch Eatery and Creperie is the first of its kind in Odessa. It’s a mixture of casual Sunday morning brunches with friends and classy French inspired dishes. You can build your own sweet or savory crepes with too many options to list here. If someone in your party isn’t into crepes, they have delicious options like Brunch Grilled Cheese and Omelets. Kids have several options as well so even the pickiest of eaters will be satisfied.
Brunch and Munch Eatery and Creperie is open Wed-Sat 8AM-2PM and Sun 10AM-2PM.
Cafe San Blas
Craving Mexican food after a long night out with friends? Check out Cafe San Blas, a locally owned Mexican cafe in Odessa. Saturday and Sunday order menudo. Any morning grab some tacos, tortas, or a plate of authentic chilaquiles.
Hours are 8AM-9PM Monday through Saturday and 9AM-3PM Sundays.
Copper Kettle Cafe
This locally owned restaurant is also a full-service bakery which makes it an extra challenge to not leave without some baked goods to enjoy at home. Their breakfast platters are huge portions with big flavor pay off. Think old school dinner breakfast plates with no frills. You can enjoy the menu any day of the week but breakfast items are only served till 11AM.
Open 7 Days a week 6AM-2PM, breakfast menu until 11AM daily.
Cork & Pig at Parks Legado
Pecan Bourbon French Toast with a side of Blueberry Sausage makes our mouths water. With six other delicious items on the brunch menu, you really can’t go wrong. Be sure to pair your selection with a Mimosa or Bloody Mary. We find this brunch to taste best on the open air of the Cork & Pig patio.

Curb Side Bistro
If you’ve loved Curb Side bistro for lunch and dinner, you’ll really be delighted to learn that they are now serving one of the best brunches in Odessa. Horchata French Toast or Banana Nut Bread French Toast anyone?! Order a great cocktail on the side while you’re at it.
Curb Side Bistro is open for Brunch on Saturdays 11AM-2PM.
DoughBoy’s Cafe
This place boasts the “Best Donuts in Odessa” and we’re not going to stand in the way of this title. Come for the donuts and stay for the Asado burrito. You have opportunities all week to swoop up delicious breakfast items but be sure to get there early for the first pick of their baked goods.

FortyOne Ten
In our expert brunch opinion, there is nothing better than the combination of fried food, lots of carbs, and a mimosa to wash it all down!
At FortyOneTen, you can get all of that plus their full menu during their brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. You’ll find all of your favorite brunch munchies on the menu plus their huge selection of mimosa flavors from Lavender Lemonade to Pineapple Orange! You can book a table online or order your food online at their website.

Flipped Breakfast & Brunch
This locally owned brunch spot offers an extensive menu of egg entrees, hashes, and juices. Balance your order of Crab Cake Benedict with Seasonal juice. In addition to juices, they have healthier menu items for those watching their waistline.
Open Tuesday through Friday 7AM-2PM and Saturday-Sunday 7AM-2:30PM
Press Cafe
You can get your Press Fix day or night (but obviously, we’re recommending brunch here). You can choose from their toast bar, build-your-own egg creations, and smoothies. You also cannot go wrong with their handcrafted coffee selections or fresh-squeezed orange juice.

Red Oak Kitchen
Operated by the same owners of Cork & Pig, expect similar quality of food but a more relaxed atmosphere. Their brunch menu has savory and sweet options and with a limited selection of entrees, this means they have perfected their offerings. Pair your meal with a cup of Avoca coffee or a michelada.
Brunch is served Saturday and Sunday from 10AM-3PM.
Rooster’s Diner
Your stop for homestyle meals that fills you right to the brim now serves boozy drinks to wake you up on any Saturday morning. Try some of their brunch creations such as the cinnamon roll french toast or the ever-so-traditional chilaquiles breakfast.
Follow it up with any of their brunch drinks (beer, champagne, and Bloody Mary’s in the morning- we think yes) and enjoy the rest of your Saturday with a full heart and of course, a full stomach.
